This team understands Chinese regulations and is familiar with international standards such as FDA, EMA, and the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (ANVISA); they can converse with top scientists and negotiate with overseas lawyers and government officials.

岗位职责
Build and maintain the legal compliance framework and manage risks for the company’s overseas business, including Brazil, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
Lead legal support and contract review for cross-border transactions, overseas registration projects, and international M&A negotiations.
Liaise with international regulatory agencies, including the FDA, EMA, and ANVISA, to ensure compliance in global operations.
Manage relationships with external law firms and government authorities, and participate in international meetings and negotiations.
任职要求
A master’s degree or above in law and successful completion of China’s National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.
At least eight years of international legal experience; experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (and other relevant languages, such as Portuguese), and familiarity with international regulatory frameworks.
