Health Empowerment
Innovation-Driven
Gan & Lee Pharmaceuticals complies with Chinese and international laws and regulations, including the "Drug Administration Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Provisions for Drug Registration", and refers to international technical guidelines and industry standards such as the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH), to build a systematic, full-chain R&D project management system centered on the "Management System for Drug R&D Projects". This system covers the entire R&D process, forming an innovation management mechanism.
Quality and Safety of Product and Service
To ensure the safety and quality of products throughout their lifecycle, Gan & Lee Pharmaceuticals has established a quality governance system and strict quality management standards covering the headquarters and subsidiaries and ensuring the consistent implementation of high standards across the entities.
Based on the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ICH Q10, the company has formulated the guiding document "Quality Manual", which clarifies the quality policy and quality objectives, and has built a quality management system based on the entire lifecycle of the drug. Through quality management systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) covering the entire product chain, we effectively reduce production variability, ensure stable and controllable product quality, and continuously meet the compliance requirements of global drug regulatory agencies such as the NMPA, European Medicines Agency (EMA), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
Supply Chain Security
Supply chain risk management runs through the entire chain of suppliers, procurement, production-sales coordination, warehousing, and logistics. Gan & Lee Pharmaceuticals implements management at each stage through standardized processes, refined control, and institutional construction to identify, prevent and effectively respond to potential risks and ensure the stability, compliance, and efficiency of the supply chain.
